tv a70f325713 BFD library for new toolchain. Currently uses the non-unified layout; once
several architectures are available, I'll test and add the unified layout

thorpej de108bd82d Add enable/disable hooks on devices that have ACPI power management
capability, using D3 and D0 power states.  This saves me quite a bit
of battery when not using the built-in Ethernet on my IBM T-20 during
long IETF meetings.

matt b46d7a47ab Don't substract KERNBASE, xor it to clear. The former causes GNU ld to
bitch about a signed overflow and this code is only done once, incurring
an extra instruction isn't going to matter much in the long run.
