aa0007b5a5 In case of db_onpanic=0, still drop to ddb if the trap was from within
ddb.
i.e. "db> x/s 0x14" should return you to ddb when it faults, regardless
of the state of db_onpanic.

cc732067b7 "p" should be an alias for "print", and was until "ps" was added.

3df6dbc4c7 add packed attribute to struct ifreq. this should avoid unaligned access
while parsing SIOCGIFCONF, on alignment-picky archs.

78732e454b Remove conditionization upon XSERVER -- all the code
so conditionalized is already conditionalized on (NWSDISPLAY > 0),
so is wscons-specific. wscons has no conditionalization on XSERVER;
neither should the linux compatibility code.

Removing this is necessary to keep linux X server emulation functionining
after GENERIC rev 1.337 removing "options XSERVER" (relegating it
to the pccons/pcvt-specific, and therefore depricated).

950e36ed1f Don't panic on a segfault, but drop into the debugger if it's there.
Not that this helps much, since we immediately panic in cpu_coredump instead.
