d77d6869b1 add a driver for "PCI 'universal' communications" cards, that is, PCI cards
which contain 'standard' com- and lpt-type ports. Some of these present
as PCI simple-communications/serial or simple-communications/parallel
devices, but many do not. (Additionally, there is no document that I can
find that describes the "specific well-konwn register-level" description
of how the 'standard' devices' config space headers shold work.) Eventually,
some of the devices driven by this code should become simple pci attachments
for the 'lpt' and 'com' drivers, but that requires solid documentation.

f2df55371d factor out some common code, and enhance functionality slightly: allow
the BAR-printing function to print a name for the register, factor out
a common register-bits function which can handle the fact that type 2
headers have a different size than is usual, and actually do something
useful with the rest of the bits in the type 2 header.

78d7f07efd Very preliminary support for the Tadpole/DEC AlphaBook. These are basically
AXPpci33 machines + power management and a Cirrus PCI-PCMCIA controller.

There is currently no support for the power management facilities, and
the PCI-PCMCIA controller driver needs some work, but this should boot
and run from disk.

961f0708b1 - Rename nqnfs_vop_lease_check() to genfs_lease_check(). If NFSSERVER is
not in the kernel, genfs_lease_check() is simply a no-op. This allows
LKM'd file systems to be exported (previously did not work properly

de27f1befc Don't bother reading the ELF string table out of a stripped /netbsd[.gz].
In this case, all it has in it are the never-referenced printable names
for the ELF sections themselves. It's located at the end of the (ramdisk)
netbsd.gz file, so it is a very expensive seek and read for only 85 bytes.

92aafa4a46 Identify ST_DEC_1000A as PCI/EISA.
New macros:

	LOCATE_PCS(struct rpb *hwrpb, int cpu_number)
	PCS_PROC_MAJORTYPE(struct pcs *)
	PCS_PROC_MINORTYPE(struct pcs *)

Define LOCATE_PCS() to map (hwrpb, cpu_number) -> Per-Cpu-Slot structure.

Replace the PCS_PROC_{MAJOR,MINOR}{,SHIFT} stuff with macros that simply
return the major and minor cpu type codes.

bd3b88b6a6 Move the translation of keypad and function keys into the realm of the
terminal emulation. For this, change the interface to wsdisplay_kbdinput()
to take a "keysym_t" as argument. From there, the code is handed to the
appropriate emulation module via a new entry point: "translate".
Nuke the ioctls dealing with global assignment of character sequences
to keypad/function keys.

60fa03b1ac Move the setjmp()/longjmp() prototypes inside _KERNEL protection. This is
necessary since the `label_t' type is defined for _KERNEL source only, and
there are userlevel sources (i.e. filesystem maintenance tools) that make use
of kernel source files which include this header; also, using the (different)
kernel implementations and prototypes of setjmp()/longjmp() would be wrong
for these programs.
