thorpej f7141449f2 When doing process_s87_to_xmm(), don't restore the "saved SW from
last exception"; the userland-visible fpreg structure doesn't
include it.

thorpej 2684ea2b22 Don't declare which exec formats to support in loadfile_machdep.h.
Instead, give each user of loadfile() control over which exec formats
it wants to support.

christos bb58ba64b2 - knf
- use cpp -traditional, since the default has now changed. We want to allow
  unmatched single quotes!
- use fparseln, instead of a fixed 2k buffer.
- make all locals static and move to the top. This is so we can eventually
make calendar understand languages other than us_en
- add braces and continue's to clarify things.
- replace gratuitous fprintf uses with warnx.
- replace vforks() with forks() since we tried to print errors with stdio.
- add more warnings so that we know how things fail.

XXX: Eventually we'll have to remove the cpp dependency, and we should:
	- make it use m4 instead [bad, breaks compatibility]
    or
	- add a small cpp like parser for #include [bad, too much code]

lukem c31e16f75e Add two new ftpd.conf(5) directives:
- 'denyquick'; deny a connection so tagged by ftpusers(5) after the USER
command instead of the PASS command. whilst this might provide some
info leakage of accounts names if you have some `real' or `chroot'
users enabled and not others, it does prevent accidental entering of
such passwords if you have all such users denied. This option is
  strongly recommended on anonymous-only servers.
Functionality requested by Rob Windsor in [bin/12602]
- 'private'; don't display class related information in the output of STAT.
  For paranoid admins.
