5af2964703 Always treat ^h and ^? as erase chars (as well as stty erase). 
Make the ':' erasable.

1eaf7124f7 Fetch the old signal mask for the signal action whether or not we're 
setting a new signal action; this makes sigaction(sig, NULL, &oact)
return a sensible value in the signal mask instead of stack trash.

Addresses PR lib/29536.

XXX the mask seen by signal handlers in a program linked with
libpthread but not yet multithreaded will not reflect masks set here.

630725bdbc Put 'Delete ?' (not "yes or no") in box when we ask whether the user 
want to keep or delete the dist files.
Stop the "type enter to continue" if the rmdir fails - may not be empty.
Report an error if the chroot() (for RUN_CHROOT) fails.
fflush log and script files before writing to them from a child.

b0d31e5def Remove target_prefix() from rmdir command used to remove the temporary 
directory that ftp copied teh dist files into.  Command is running chroot().

649f57e4a0 Make a note to eliminate the openpam_free_envlist() hack from the 
pam_exec module the next time OpenPAM is imported (OpenPAM Feterita
or later).
