186c3eba2b Make pbrobeget() and probeset() work for 64-bit values as well. To do this 
the arguments are changed so the address is first and the ASI second so we
can have the address in %o0:%o1 and not worry about unused registers.

Also a bit of copyright cleanup.

90d35fd201 Generate the /dist/obsolete_* files used by sysinst from the obsolete lists 
in sets/lists/*. The sript sets/makeobsolete concatenates the mi and md
obsolete list files all or a specified set and dumps it in a file, in a
subdir specified on the command line (inspired from the maketar and makeflist
files).
Use this for all the sysinst-based installs.
Untested for non-i386, and the md obsolete list may be wrong or incomplete.
Each postmaster is supposed to check this on his port.

04a965c2d7 * Require an `utility' argument to be specified and fail otherwise.

480375c12c Don't recognize `int (*f)();' as a function. The false match caused the 
next real function to be eaten and skipped during the forward scan for `{'.

Restores about 35 lost functions to the kernel tags file.
