c0ac8251f7 sesman: Add /sbin to PATH for FreeBSD 
to enable to execute FUSE mount program.

The place of FUSE mount programs are:

FreeBSD   : /sbin/mount_fusefs
GNU/Linux : /bin/fusermount

5575197eaa sesman: don't set LANG, let initialization scripts take care of it 
Setting LANG to en_US.UTF-8 suppresses language settings from
/etc/locale.conf
