8c97675979 Lean PSK trimming 
1. leave out memory and io callback functions, expect user supplied
2. leave out cert and DTLS related functions
3. SHA-1 compile option to use slower, rolled-up transform

1bc0dc53f9 Fixes for hardening flags.

Include file pcap.h now gates sniffer for build.
