This patch adds three new configure options
...
--enable-gcc-lots-o-warnings
This enables a bunch of useful gcc warnings
--enable-gcc-hardening
This enables FORTIFY_SOURCE, integer wrapping, stack smashing protection
and other useful security related gcc-isms.
--enable-linker-hardening
This enables Linux specific linker hardening.
