d6d7686b60 tcc.h: declare CValue.tab[LDOUBLE_SIZE/4] 
Should fix some warnings wrt. access out of array bounds.

x86_64-gen.c: fix "ctype.ref uninitialzed" warning and cleanup
tcc-win32.txt: remove obsolete limitation notes.

a5a50eaafe Implement C99 Variable Length Arrays 
Implement C99 Variable Length Arrays in tinycc:
- Support VLA with multiple level (nested vla)
- Update documentation with regards to VT_VLA
- Add a testsuite in tcctest.c
