Report error on NaN comparison

Browse Source 
Use comisd / fcompp for float comparison (except TOK_EQ and TOK_NE)
instead of ucomisd / fucompp to detect NaN comparison.

Thanks Vincent Lefèvre for the bug report and for also giving the
solution.
