drh b4a1fed2ea Add a new full-text search variant that tracks the total number of documents

and document sizes, to make ranking search results easier.  Currently
called FTS4.

This folder contains source code to the second full-text search
extension for SQLite.  While the API is the same, this version uses a
substantially different storage schema from fts1, so tables will need
to be rebuilt.
