dan cda185d3a2 Ensure that empty space on pages is zeroed before they are written to disk. 
This helps with compressed databases, and stops valgrind complaining about
uninitialized bytes and write().

Loadable Extensions

Various loadable extensions for SQLite are found in subfolders.

Most subfolders are dedicated to a single loadable extension (for example FTS5, or RTREE). But the misc/ subfolder contains a collection of smaller single-file extensions.
