028696c4cc Remove the SQLITE_CONFIG_WORKER_THREADS configuration parameter. The number 
of worker threads in the sorter is now determined only by the
PRAGMA threads=N setting.

8df447f0e6 Omit the SQLITE_AFF_INTEGER type affinity. All numeric values are now 
of type real, though an integer representation is still sometimes used
internally for efficiency. (CVS 2753)

8718f52624 Disable an overzealous optimization the omitted sorting on a join if the first 
table gave a unique result.  The sort can only be omitted if all tables in
the join are unique.  Ticket #1358. (CVS 2589)

557cc60f4d Add the "!" flag to the "%g" mprintf conversion parameter to force a 
decimal point.  This prevents floating point values from appearing as
integers.  Use this flag when converting floating point to text.

736c22b803 Most sorting problems are fixed. Dead code has been removed. 3 test failures
