71cb422055 Minor fixes to the cksumvfs documentation in the header comment of the source

22f874168a When computing the verification hash in speedtest1, do not include the 
value of floating point results (which can very in trailing bits depending
on platform) but merely hash the fact that a floating point value was
received.

b2a0f75c06 Remove the rarely-used scratch memory allocator. This makes the code smaller, 
faster, and easier to maintain.  In place of the scratch allocator, add the
SQLITE_CONFIG_SMALL_MALLOC configuration option that provides a hint to SQLite
that large memory allocations should be avoided.
