929a940678 The compress() function should not be deterministic since the same input can 
have multiple possible compressed outputs.  The uncompress() function, on the
other hand, is deterministic.

2b1c2aad9f Create the "trusted_schema" pragma. Add sqlite3_vtab_config() calls to set

acd6fdee98 Improved comments on the sqlar.c and compress.c extensions that describe 
the differences between the "zlib format" used by SQLAR, the raw deflate
format used by ZIP, and the custom format used by compress.c.  No changes
to code.
