28f4e7b286 Enhance the split-sqlite3c.tcl script so that it uses single-character 
extensions on subordinate source files, even when the number of subordinates
exceeds 9.  This is not yet needed, but might be soon.

2adb309ead Have sqlite3_stmt_scanstatus_v2() return an NCYCLE value for all loops, not just virtual tables ones. The value returned is the sum of the NCYCLE counts for the various opcodes that move or read data from the table or index cursor associated with the loop.

064390b2b1 Performance improvement in resolveP2Values(). Save over 1 million CPU 
cycles by omitting the loop termination condition and exiting when the
OP_Init (always the first opcode in any VDBE program) is encountered.

a7c9dd546b Change the OP_Next and OP_Prev opcodes so that they invoke
