drh 155640552b Enhance the ANALYZE command so that it gathers statistics in the sqlite_stat1 
table even for tables that are empty or have no indices.

drh dddca28608 The sqlite TCL command no longer returns the hex address of the sqlite3* 
structure.  Instead there is a new command in testfixture to find that
information. (CVS 2852)

drh 3d1d95e625 The SUM() aggregate function returns an integer result if all inputs are 
integers.  Any single non-integer input causes the result to be a floating
point value. (CVS 2669)

drh 13449892ef Rewrite the aggregate handling logic so that it runs in O(1) space. 
This is the first cut at the code.  Many regression tests fail. (CVS 2662)
