Enforce affinity on materialized tables for subqueries and views. Also,
do not allow UNION ALL flattening if the affinity of a result column varies between different arms of the compound. This is a fix for ticket [57c47526c34f01e8]. FossilOrigin-Name: 88a05141c28e5ff1357c3c599493e4ffb8f3821bab04be80244deac62e49135c
