WARNING: BREAKING: Functions renamed!

RENAMED: GetCodepoints() -> LoadCodepoints(), now codepoint array data is loaded dynamically instead of reusing a limited static buffer.
ADDED: UnloadCodepoints() to safely free loaded codepoints
RENAMED: GetNextCodepoint() -> GetCodepoint()
