Chuan Zheng f82583cdc0 migration/dirtyrate: skip sampling ramblock with size below MIN_RAMBLOCK_SIZE
In order to sample real RAM, skip ramblock with size below MIN_RAMBLOCK_SIZE
which is set as 128M.
