David Hildenbrand ebef62d0e5 softmmu/memory: Pass ram_flags to qemu_ram_alloc() and qemu_ram_alloc_internal() 
Let's pass ram_flags to qemu_ram_alloc() and qemu_ram_alloc_internal(),
preparing for passing additional flags.
