Peter Maydell 80a046c51a docs/sphinx/hxtool.py: Remove STEXI/ETEXI support ...

Now that none of our input .hx files have STEXI/ETEXI blocks,
we can remove the code in the Sphinx hxtool extension that
supported parsing them.
