Patch created mechanically by running:

  $ chmod 644 $(git grep -lF '#!/usr/bin/env python' \

  $ sed -i "/^#\!\/usr\/bin\/\(env\ \)\?python.\?$/d" \
      $(git grep -lF '#!/usr/bin/env python' \
      | xargs grep -L 'if __name__.*__main__')
