Thomas Huth 1b1238c7a5 tests/avocado: Remove the non-working virtio_check_params test 
The test has been marked as broken more than 4 years ago [*],
and so far nobody ever cared to fix it. Thus let's simply remove
it now ... if somebody ever needs it again, they can restore the
file from an older version of QEMU.

Integration tests using the Avocado Framework
=============================================

This directory contains integration tests. They're usually higher
level, and may interact with external resources and with various
guest operating systems.

For more information, please refer to ``docs/devel/testing.rst``,
section "Integration tests using the Avocado Framework".
