Vladimir Sementsov-Ogievskiy c203c3b813 iotests: add parallels-read-bitmap test
Test support for reading bitmap from parallels image format.
parallels-with-bitmap.bz2 is generated on Virtuozzo by
parallels-with-bitmap.sh
