Fam Zheng 21b5683508 qapi: Change BlockDirtyInfo to list ...

We have multiple dirty bitmaps in BDS now, switch QAPI to allow query
it (BlockInfo.dirty_bitmaps), and also drop old BlockInfo.dirty.
