Fix PowerPC external interrupt input handling and lowering. Fix OpenPIC output pins management. Fix multiples bugs in OpenPIC IRQ management. Fix OpenPIC CPU(s) reset function. Fix Mac99 machine to properly route OpenPIC outputs to the PowerPC input pins.
