Eduardo Habkost a489d1951c Use OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE when possible
This converts existing DECLARE_OBJ_CHECKERS usage to
OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE when possible.

 $ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
   --pattern=AddObjectDeclareType $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
