Thomas Huth a01be218d4 tests/functional: Convert the Avocado mips64 tuxrun test 
Move the test into a new file so that it can be run via
qemu-system-mips64 in the functional framework.

Integration tests using the Avocado Framework
=============================================

This directory contains integration tests. They're usually higher
level, and may interact with external resources and with various
guest operating systems.

For more information, please refer to ``docs/devel/testing.rst``,
section "Integration tests using the Avocado Framework".
