Paolo Bonzini aa5a9e2484 ppc: use PowerPCCPU instead of CPUPPCState
This changes a cpu.h dependency for hw/ppc/ppc.h into a cpu-qom.h
dependency.  For it to compile we also need to clean up a few unused
definitions.
