Thomas Huth 7cea8fe35e tests/functional: Convert the Avocado x86_64 tuxrun test 
Move the tests to a new file so that they can be run via
qemu-system-x86_64 in the functional framework.

Integration tests using the Avocado Framework
=============================================

This directory contains integration tests. They're usually higher
level, and may interact with external resources and with various
guest operating systems.
