Cleber Rosa 7a408b9976 Acceptance tests: drop left over usage of "🥑 enable"
Commit 9531d26c10 removed all of "🥑 enable" tags, but then
a new entry was added with the introduction of migration.py.

Let's remove it for consistency.

Acceptance tests using the Avocado Framework
============================================

This directory contains functional tests, also known as acceptance
level tests.  They're usually higher level, and may interact with
external resources and with various guest operating systems.
