Igor Mammedov 6536e427ce pcihp: move fields enabling hotplug into AcpiPciHpState ... ... instead of duplicating them in piix4 and lpc and then trying to pass them to pcihp routines as arguments. it simplifies call sites and places pcihp specific in its own structure.
