    Parameter 'typename' expects device

when @typename exists, but isn't a TYPE_DEVICE.  Improve this to

    Parameter 'typename' expects a non-abstract device type

    Parameter 'typename' expects object

when @typename exists, but isn't a TYPE_OBJECT.  Improve this to

    Parameter 'typename' expects a QOM type
