Cleber Rosa 3185e5a6f7 tests/avocado: apply proper skipUnless decorator 
Commit 9b45cc993 added many cases of skipUnless for the sake of
organizing flaky tests.  But, Python decorators *must* follow what
they decorate, so the newlines added should *not* exist there.

Integration tests using the Avocado Framework
=============================================

This directory contains integration tests. They're usually higher
level, and may interact with external resources and with various
guest operating systems.

For more information, please refer to ``docs/devel/testing.rst``,
section "Integration tests using the Avocado Framework".
