Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 2d4ab117be target/mips/tx79: Introduce PAND/POR/PXOR/PNOR opcodes (parallel logic)
Introduce the parallel logic opcodes:

 - PAND (Parallel AND)
 - POR  (Parallel OR)
 - PXOR (Parallel XOR)
 - PNOR (Parallel NOR)
