Zhang Chen 1fe6ab267f Migration/colo.c: Fix COLO failover status error ...

When finished COLO failover, the status is FAILOVER_STATUS_COMPLETED.
The origin codes misunderstand the FAILOVER_STATUS_REQUIRE.
