Andreas Färber 1d244b42d2 virtio: Start converting VirtioDevice to QOM realize ...

Temporarily allow either VirtioDeviceClass::init or
VirtioDeviceClass::realize.

Introduce VirtioDeviceClass::unrealize for symmetry.
