This will collect all load and store helpers soon. For now
it is just a replacement for softmmu_exec.h, which this patch
stops including directly, but we also include it where this will
be necessary in order to simplify the next patch.

They do not need to be in op_helper.c. Because cputlb.c now includes
softmmu_template.h twice for each size, io_readX must be elided the
second time through.

Rather than include helper.h with N values of GEN_HELPER, include a
secondary file that sets up the macros to include helper.h. This
minimizes the files that must be rebuilt when changing the macros
for file N.

Note that while such functions may exist both for *-user and softmmu,
only *-user uses the CPUState hook, while softmmu reuses the prototype
for calling it directly.

Several targets forgot to include softmmu_exec.h, which would
break them with a header cleanup to follow.

tb_find_pc() has now no external users, make it static.

and switch to AREG0 free mode.

This patch implements softmmu specific functions, include tlb_fill,
switch_mode, do_interrupt and uc32_cpu_handle_mmu_fault.
So the full exception handlers and page table walking could work now.

This patch adds unicore32-softmmu build support, include configure,
makefile, arch_init, and all missing functions needed by softmmu.
Although all missing functions are empty, unicore32-softmmu could
be build successfully.

Adopt the license text suggested by Guan Xue-tao (with a minor
simplification) for all target-unicore/ files except helper.c.
To helper.c Anthony Liguori contributed a qemu_malloc() -> g_malloc()
conversion, still pending IBM relicensing approval, so that remains
GPLv2 for now.
By relicensing all possible parts now, we avoid having to formally
relicense new, e.g., QOM code.

Move softmmu_exec.h include directives from target-*/exec.h to
target-*/op_helper.c. Move also various other stuff only used in
op_helper.c there.
Define global env in dyngen-exec.h.
For i386, move wrappers for segment and FPU helpers from user-exec.c
to op_helper.c. Implement raise_exception_err_env() to handle dynamic
CPUState. Move the function declarations to cpu.h since they can be
used outside of op_helper.c context.
LM32, s390x, UniCore32: remove unused cpu_halted(), regs_to_env() and
env_to_regs().
ARM: make raise_exception() static.
Convert
#include "exec.h"
to
#include "cpu.h"
#include "dyngen-exec.h"
and remove now unused target-*/exec.h.
