0d57cd61d9 Hexagon (tests/tcg/hexagon) Clean up Hexagon check-tcg tests 
Move test infra to header file
    check functions (always print line number on error)
    USR manipulation
    Useful floating point values
Use stdint.h types
Use stdbool.h bool where appropriate
Use trip counts local to for loop

58ff298166 Hexagon (target/hexagon) fix bug in circular addressing 
Versions V3 and earlier should treat the "K_const" and "length" values
as unsigned.

Modified circ_test_v3() in tests/tcg/hexagon/circ.c to reproduce the bug
