8b9d74e0ee nvme: implement the Flush command
Implement a real flush instead of faking it. This is especially important
as Qemu assume Write back cashing by default and thus requires a working
cache flush operation for data integrity.

7c84b1b831 block: Rename BlockDriverAIOCB* to BlockAIOCB*
I'll use BlockDriverAIOCB with block backends shortly, and the name is
going to fit badly there. It's a block layer thing anyway, not just a
block driver thing.

may be found on the organizations website at:

http://www.nvmexpress.org/
