060e0cd751 bsd-user: Add '-one-insn-per-tb' option equivalent to '-singlestep'
The '-singlestep' option is confusing, because it doesn't actually
have anything to do with single-stepping the CPU. What it does do
is force TCG emulation to put one guest instruction in each TB,
which can be useful in some situations.

Create a new command line argument -one-insn-per-tb, so we can
document that -singlestep is just a deprecated synonym for it,
and eventually perhaps drop it.

0e33928cd9 accel/tcg: Use one_insn_per_tb global instead of old singlestep global
The only place left that looks at the old 'singlestep' global
variable is the TCG curr_cflags() function. Replace the old global
with a new 'one_insn_per_tb' which is defined in tcg-all.c and
declared in accel/tcg/internal.h. This keeps it restricted to the
TCG code, unlike 'singlestep' which was available to every file in
the system and defined in multiple different places for softmmu vs
linux-user vs bsd-user.

While we're making this change, use qatomic_read() and qatomic_set()
on the accesses to the new global, because TCG will read it without
holding a lock.

3cfb0456c3 make one-insn-per-tb an accel option
This commit adds 'one-insn-per-tb' as a property on the TCG
accelerator object, so you can enable it with
   -accel tcg,one-insn-per-tb=on

It has the same behaviour as the existing '-singlestep' command line
option. We use a different name because 'singlestep' has always been
a confusing choice, because it doesn't have anything to do with
single-stepping the CPU. What it does do is force TCG emulation to
put one guest instruction in each TB, which can be useful in some
situations (such as analysing debug logs).

The existing '-singlestep' commandline options are decoupled from the
global 'singlestep' variable and instead now are syntactic sugar for
setting the accel property. (These can then go away after a
deprecation period.)

The global variable remains for the moment as:
 * what the TCG code looks at to change its behaviour
 * what HMP and QMP use to query and set the behaviour

In the following commits we'll clean those up to not directly
look at the global variable.

d96bf49ba8 gdbstub: move chunks of user code into own files
The process was pretty similar to the softmmu move except we take the
time to split stuff between user.c and user-target.c to avoid as much
target specific compilation as possible. We also start to make use of
our shiny new header scheme so the user-only helpers can be included
without the rest of the exec/gsbstub.h cruft.

As before we split some functions into user and softmmu versions

48e438a3aa bsd-user: Clean up includes
This commit was created with scripts/clean-includes.

All .c should include qemu/osdep.h first. The script performs three
related cleanups:

* Ensure .c files include qemu/osdep.h first.
* Including it in a .h is redundant, since the .c already includes
  it. Drop such inclusions.
* Likewise, including headers qemu/osdep.h includes is redundant.

a1362f392b pull-bsd-user-20210511 is the next round of cleanups to bsd-user in merging the
bsd-user fork into qemu. It contains a number of style commits, as well as 3
commits that start to change things: Some unused files are deleted, building the
sparc and sparc64 targets are removed, and a structure is renamed.

The next set of pull requests will start to execute the following plan:
 1. Move existing code around to have a structure similar to the bsd-user fork.
 2. Incrementally merge groups of system calls, focused on making x86 work.
 3. Once the groups of system calls are all merged, additional platforms will
    be added back.
 4. Concurrently, as changes are requested as part of the merge happen, those
changes will be merged into the fork. An experimental merge to tip of master
is under test and is what will be updated.
 5. Eventually, there will be no diference, and the bsd-user fork will only
be a staging area for cutting-edge features prior to upstreaming into
    qemu mainline.

The bsd-user code in qemu has a lot of style issues. This cleans up a number in
the files touched. However, the checkpatch.pl detects some incremental issues in
the commits. The following are expected, but are corrected in later hashes in
this branch. MAINTAINERS does not need to be updated, since all the files added
or deleted are covered under existing regexp in MAINTAINERS.

Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/bsdimp/tags/pull-bsd-user-20210511' into staging

pull-bsd-user-20210511 is the next round of cleanups to bsd-user in merging the
bsd-user fork into qemu.

4b599848a8 bsd-user: style tweak: move extern to header file
extern char **environ has no standard home, so move the declaration from the .c
file to a handy .h file. Since this is a standard, old-school UNIX interface
dating from the 5th edition, it's not quite the same issue that the rule is
supposed to protect against, though.

3e8f1628e8 exec: Use cpu_untagged_addr in g2h; split out g2h_untagged
Use g2h_untagged in contexts that have no cpu, e.g. the binary
loaders that operate before the primary cpu is created. As a
colollary, target_mmap and friends must use untagged addresses,
since they are used by the loaders.

Use g2h_untagged on values returned from target_mmap, as the
kernel never applies a tag itself.

Use g2h_untagged on all pc values. The only current user of
tags, aarch64, removes tags from code addresses upon branch,
so "pc" is always untagged.

Use g2h with the cpu context on hand wherever possible.

Use g2h_untagged in lock_user, which will be updated soon.
