Run resize grow test to ensure that existing data
is not lost during grow and new space is zeroed.

A lot of image filename and paths are used unquoted. Quote these to
make sure that directories / filenames with spaces are not problematic.

QED now supports the truncate (aka resize) operation for growing images.
Update test 025 so it runs for QED.
