24b1a6aa43 docs: Document how to use gdb with unix sockets
With gdb 9.0 and better it is possible to connect to a gdbstub
over unix sockets, which is better than a TCP socket connection
in some situations. The QEMU command line to set this up is
non-obvious; document it.

d211556fe3 docs/system/gdb.rst: Document how to debug multicore machines
Document how multicore machines appear to GDB when debugged
via the debug stub. This is particularly non-intuitive for
the "multiple heterogenous clusters" case, but unfortunately
as far as I know there is no way with the remote protocol
for the stub to tell gdb "I have 2 inferiors, please connect
to both", so the user must set it all up manually.

acb0a27eb8 docs/system/gdb.rst: Add some more heading structure
We're about to add a new section to gdb.rst. In
preparation, add some more headings so it isn't just
one huge run-on section.

923e931188 docs: Get rid of the weird _005f links in the man page
The man page does not contain all the chapters from the System Emulation
Users Guide, so some of the links that we've put into the qemu options
descriptions can not be resolved and thus the link names are used in the
man pages instead. These link names currently contain weird "_005f" letters
in the middle and just do not make any sense for the users. To avoid this
situation, replace the link names with more descriptive, natural text.

e5910d42dd docs: Improve our gdbstub documentation
The documentation of our -s and -gdb options is quite old; in
particular it still claims that it will cause QEMU to stop and wait
for the gdb connection, when this has not been true for some time:
you also need to pass -S if you want to make QEMU not launch the
guest on startup.

Improve the documentation to mention this requirement in the
executable's --help output, the documentation of the -gdb option in
the manual, and in the "GDB usage" chapter.

Includes some minor tweaks to these paragraphs of documentation
since I was editing them anyway (such as dropping the description
of our gdb support as "primitive").

324b2298fe docs/system: convert Texinfo documentation to rST
Apart from targets.rst, which was written by hand, this is an automated
conversion obtained with the following command:

  makeinfo --force -o - --docbook \
    -D 'qemu_system_x86 QEMU_SYSTEM_X86_MACRO' \
    -D 'qemu_system     QEMU_SYSTEM_MACRO' \
    $texi | pandoc -f docbook -t rst+smart | perl -e '
      $/=undef;
      $_ = <>;
      s/^-  − /-  /gm;
      s/QEMU_SYSTEM_MACRO/|qemu_system|/g;
      s/QEMU_SYSTEM_X86_MACRO/|qemu_system_x86|/g;
      s/(?=::\n\n +\|qemu)/.. parsed-literal/g;
      s/:\n\n::$/::/gm;
      print' > $rst

In addition, the following changes were made manually:

- target-i386.rst and target-mips.rst: replace CPU model documentation with
  an include directive

- monitor.rst: replace the command section with a comment

- images.rst: add toctree

- target-arm.rst: Replace use of :math: (which Sphinx complains
  about) with :sup:, and hide it behind |I2C| and |I2C| substitutions.

Content that is not @included remains exclusive to qemu-doc.texi.
