ce979ef754 qemu-docs: Update options for graphical frontends
The command line options `-ctrl-grab` and `-alt-grab` have been removed

to specify the grab modifiers.

024e8945fa readthodocs: fully specify a build environment
This is now expected by rtd so I've expanded using their example as
22.04 is one of our supported platforms. I tried to work out if there
was an easy way to re-generate a requirements.txt from our
pythondeps.toml but in the end went for the easier solution.

721c4c8692 docs tests: Fix use of migrate_set_parameter
docs/multi-thread-compression.txt uses parameter names with
underscores instead of dashes. Wrong since day one.

docs/rdma.txt, tests/qemu-iotests/181, and tests/qtest/test-hmp.c are
wrong the same way since commit cbde7be900 (v6.0.0). Hard to see,
as test-hmp doesn't check whether the commands work, and iotest 181
appears to be unaffected.

8f364b5b86 docs/about/license: Update LICENSE URL
In early 2021 (see commit 2ad784339e "docs: update README to use
GitLab repo URLs") almost all of the code base was converted to
point to GitLab instead of git.qemu.org. During 2023, git.qemu.org
switched from a git mirror to a http redirect to GitLab (see [1]).

Update the LICENSE URL to match its previous content, displaying
the file raw content similarly to gitweb 'blob_plain' format ([2]).

61dacb401b async: Add an optional reentrancy guard to the BH API
Devices can pass their MemoryReentrancyGuard (from their DeviceState),
when creating new BHes. Then, the async API will toggle the guard
before/after calling the BH call-back. This prevents bh->mmio reentrancy
issues.

0a65c4588c docs/about/deprecated.rst: Add "since 7.1" tag to dtb-kaslr-seed deprecation
In commit 5242876f37 we deprecated the dtb-kaslr-seed property of
the virt board, but forgot the "since n.n" tag in the documentation
of this in deprecated.rst.

This deprecation note first appeared in the 7.1 release, so
retrospectively add the correct "since 7.1" annotation to it.

63e4bf8e84 hw/ppc/e500: Implement pflash handling
Allows e500 boards to have their root file system reside on flash using
only builtin devices located in the eLBC memory region.

310616d367 hw/core/resettable: fix reset level counting
The code for handling the reset level count in the Resettable code
has two issues:

The reset count is only decremented for the 1->0 case. This means
that if there's ever a nested reset that takes the count to 2 then it
will never again be decremented. Eventually the count will exceed
the '50' limit in resettable_phase_enter() and QEMU will trip over
the assertion failure. The repro case in issue 1266 is an example of
this that happens now the SCSI subsystem uses three-phase reset.

Secondly, the count is decremented only after the exit phase handler
is called. Moving the reset count decrement from "just after" to
"just before" calling the exit phase handler allows
resettable_is_in_reset() to return false during the handler
execution.

This simplifies reset handling in resettable devices. Typically, a
function that updates the device state will just need to read the
current reset state and not anymore treat the "in a reset-exit
transition" as a special case.

Note that the semantics change to the *_is_in_reset() functions
will have no effect on the current codebase, because only two
devices (hw/char/cadence_uart.c and hw/misc/zynq_sclr.c) currently
call those functions, and in neither case do they do it from the
device's exit phase methed.

e4c93e44ab target/arm: Implement FEAT_E0PD
FEAT_E0PD adds new bits E0PD0 and E0PD1 to TCR_EL1, which allow the
OS to forbid EL0 access to half of the address space. Since this is
an EL0-specific variation on the existing TCR_ELx.{EPD0,EPD1}, we can
implement it entirely in aa64_va_parameters().

This requires moving the existing regime_is_user() to internals.h
so that the code in helper.c can get at it.

bab6a301c5 ui/cocoa: Run qemu_init in the main thread
This work is based on:
https://patchew.org/QEMU/20220317125534.38706-1-philippe.mathieu.daude@gmail.com/

Simplify the initialization dance by running qemu_init() in the main
thread before the Cocoa event loop starts. The secondary thread only
runs only qemu_main_loop() and qemu_cleanup().

This fixes a case where addRemovableDevicesMenuItems() calls
qmp_query_block() while expecting the main thread to still hold
the BQL.

Overriding the code after calling qemu_init() is done by dynamically
replacing a function pointer variable, qemu_main when initializing
ui/cocoa, which unifies the static implementation of main() for
builds with ui/cocoa and ones without ui/cocoa.
