This patch adds Windows crashdumping feature. Now QEMU can produce ELF-dump
containing Windows crashdump header, which can help to convert to a valid
WinDbg-understandable crashdump file, or immediately create such file.
The crashdump will be obtained by joining physical memory dump and 8K header
exposed through vmcoreinfo/fw_cfg device by guest driver at BSOD time. Option
'-w' was added to dump-guest-memory command. At the moment, only x64
configuration is supported.

Limit the background transfer bandwidth during the postcopy
phase to the value set on this new parameter. The default, 0,
corresponds to the existing behaviour which is unlimited bandwidth.

The QMP version of this command can take a qdev ID since 7a9877a026,
but the HMP version is still using the deprecated block device name so
there's no way to refer to a block device added like this:
-blockdev node-name=disk0,driver=qcow2,file.driver=file,file.filename=hd.qcow2
-device virtio-blk-pci,id=virtio-blk-pci0,drive=disk0
This patch works around this problem by using the specified name as a
qdev ID if the block device name is not found.

Postcopy total blocktime is available on destination side only.
But query-migrate was possible only for source. This patch
adds ability to call query-migrate on destination.
To be able to see postcopy blocktime, need to request postcopy-blocktime
capability.
The query-migrate command will show following sample result:

postcopy_vcpu_blocktime contains list, where the first item is the first
vCPU in QEMU.
This patch has a drawback, it combines states of incoming and

state. Looks like better to separate query-migrate for incoming and
outgoing migration or add parameter to indicate type of migration.

Commit 137b5cb6 refactored 'info cpus' output, changing
'thread_id' to 'thread-id'. While HMP is not a stable
interface, it is trivial to keep the spelling consistent
for test frameworks that have not yet updated to using QMP.
This patch just reverts back output format to 'thread_id'.

When bdrv_snapshot_delete return fail, the errp will not be
assigned a valid value in error_propagate as errp didn't be
initialized in hmp_delvm, then error_reportf_err will use an
uninitialized value(call by hmp_delvm), and qemu crash.

It may need to treat PC-DIMM and NVDIMM differently, e.g., when
deciding the necessity of non-volatile flag bit in SRAT memory
affinity structures.
A new field 'nvdimm' is added to the union type MemoryDeviceInfo for
such purpose. Its type is currently PCDIMMDeviceInfo and will be
updated when necessary in the future.
It also fixes "info memory-devices"/query-memory-devices which
currently show nvdimm devices as dimm devices since
object_dynamic_cast(obj, TYPE_PC_DIMM) happily cast nvdimm to
TYPE_PC_DIMM which it's been inherited from.

QEMU's screendump command can only take dumps from the primary display.
When using multiple VGA cards, there is no way to get a dump from a
secondary card or other display heads yet. So let's add a 'device' and
a 'head' parameter to the HMP and QMP commands to be able to specify
alternative devices and heads with the screendump command, too.

Move qapi-schema.json to qapi/, so it's next to its modules, and all
files get generated to qapi/, not just the ones generated for modules.
Consistently name the generated files qapi-MODULE.EXT:
qmp-commands.[ch] become qapi-commands.[ch], qapi-event.[ch] become
qapi-events.[ch], and qmp-introspect.[ch] become qapi-introspect.[ch].
This gets rid of the temporary hacks in scripts/qapi/commands.py,
scripts/qapi/events.py, and scripts/qapi/common.py.

The previous commit improved compile time by including less of the
generated QAPI headers. This is impossible for stuff defined directly
in qapi-schema.json, because that ends up in headers that that pull in
everything.
Move everything but include directives from qapi-schema.json to new
sub-module qapi/misc.json, then include just the "misc" shard where
possible.
It's possible everywhere, except:
* monitor.c needs qmp-command.h to get qmp_init_marshal()
* monitor.c, ui/vnc.c and the generated qapi-event-FOO.c need
qapi-event.h to get enum QAPIEvent
Perhaps we'll get rid of those some other day.
Adding a type to qapi/migration.json now recompiles some 120 instead
of 2300 out of 5100 objects.

In my "build everything" tree, a change to the types in
qapi-schema.json triggers a recompile of about 4800 out of 5100
objects.
The previous commit split up qmp-commands.h, qmp-event.h, qmp-visit.h,
qapi-types.h. Each of these headers still includes all its shards.
Reduce compile time by including just the shards we actually need.
To illustrate the benefits: adding a type to qapi/migration.json now
recompiles some 2300 instead of 4800 objects. The next commit will
improve it further.

Changing the implementation of hmp_info_cpus() to call
qmp_query_cpus_fast() instead of qmp_query_cpus. This has the
following consequences:
o No further code change required for qmp_query_cpus deprecation
o HMP profits from the less disruptive cpu information retrieval
o HMP 'info cpus' won't display architecture specific data anymore,
which should be tolerable in the light of the deprecation of
query-cpus.
In order to allow 'info cpus' to be executed completely on the
fast path, monitor_get_cpu_index() has been adapted to not synchronize
the cpu state.

We use int for everything (int64_t), and then we check that value is
between 0 and 255. Change it to the valid types.
This change only happens for HMP. QMP always use bytes and similar.

Commit 15afd94a04 added code to acquire and release the AioContext in
qemuio_command(). This means that the lock is taken twice now in the
call path from hmp_qemu_io(). This causes BDRV_POLL_WHILE() to hang for
any requests issued to nodes in a non-mainloop AioContext.
Dropping the first locking from hmp_qemu_io() fixes the problem.

Right now it is a variable in MigrationState instead of a
MigrationParameter. The change allows to set it as the rest of the
Migration parameters, from the command line, with

This change introduces a new TPM backend driver that can communicate with
swtpm(software TPM emulator) using unix domain socket interface. QEMU talks to
the TPM emulator using QEMU's socket-based chardev backend device.
Swtpm uses two Unix sockets for communications, one for plain TPM commands and
responses, and one for out-of-band control messages. QEMU passes the data
socket to be used over the control channel.

Fixed up comments from Igor's review
Currently, a FOO_lookup is an array of strings terminated by a NULL
sentinel.
A future patch will generate enums with "holes". NULL-termination
will cease to work then.
To prepare for that, store the length in the FOO_lookup by wrapping it
in a struct and adding a member for the length.
The sentinel will be dropped next.

migrate-set-parameters sets migration parameters according to is
arguments like this:
* Present means "set the parameter to this value"
* Absent means "leave the parameter unchanged"
* Except for parameters tls_creds and tls_hostname, "" means "reset
the parameter to its default value
The first two are perfectly normal: presence of the parameter makes
the command do something.
The third one overloads the parameter with a second meaning. The
overloading is *implicit*, i.e. it's not visible in the types. Works
here, because "" is neither a valid TLS credentials ID, nor a valid
host name.
Pressing argument values the schema accepts, but are semantically
invalid, into service to mean "reset to default" is not general, as
suitable invalid values need not exist. I also find it ugly.
To clean this up, we could add a separate flag argument to ask for
"reset to default", or add a distinct value to @tls_creds and
@tls_hostname. This commit implements the latter: add JSON null to
the values of @tls_creds and @tls_hostname, deprecate "".
Because we're so close to the 2.10 freeze, implement it in the
stupidest way possible: have qmp_migrate_set_parameters() rewrite null
to "" before anything else can see the null. The proper way to do it
would be rewriting "" to null, but that requires fixing up code to
work with null. Add TODO comments for that.

Commit de63ab6 "migrate: Share common MigrationParameters struct"
reused MigrationParameters for the arguments of
migrate-set-parameters, with the following rationale:
It is rather verbose, and slightly error-prone, to repeat
the same set of parameters for input (migrate-set-parameters)
as for output (query-migrate-parameters), where the only
difference is whether the members are optional. We can just
document that the optional members will always be present
on output, and then share a common struct between both
commands. The next patch can then reduce the amount of
code needed on input.
I need to unshare them to correct a design flaw in a stupid, but
minimally invasive way, in the next commit. We can restore the
sharing when we redo that patch in a less stupid way. Add a suitable
TODO comment.
Note that I revert only the sharing part of commit de63ab6, not the
part that made the members of query-migrate-parameters' result
optional. The schema (and thus introspection) remains inaccurate for
query-migrate-parameters. If we decide not to restore the sharing, we
should revert that part, too.

Optional MigrationParameters members tls_creds and tls_hostname can't
actually be absent outside qmp_migrate_set_parameters() since commit
4af245d (v2.9.0).
Note that commit 4af245d reverted the part of commit de63ab6 (v2.8.0)
that made tls_creds and tls_hostname absent instead of "" in the value
of query-migrate-parameters, even though commit de63ab6 called that a
mistake. What a mess.
Drop the redundant tests for presence, and update documentation.

The bulk of hmp_migrate_set_parameter()'s code sets one member of
MigrationParameters according to the command's arguments. It uses a
string visitor for integer and boolean members, but not for string and
size members. It calls visit_type_bool() right away, but delays
visit_type_int() some. The delaying requires a flag variable and a
bit of trickery: we set all integer members instead of just the one we
want, and rely on the has_FOOs to mask the unwanted ones.
Clean this up as follows. Don't delay calling visit_type_int(). Use
the string visitor for strings, too. This involves extra allocations
and cleanup, but doing them is simpler and cleaner than avoiding them.
Sadly, using the string visitor for sizes isn't possible, because it
defaults to Bytes rather than Mebibytes. Add a comment explaining
that.

Instead of listing only monitor-owned BlockBackends in query-block, also
add those anonymous BlockBackends that are owned by a qdev device and as
such under the control of the user.
This allows using query-block to inspect BlockBackends for the modern
configuration syntax with -blockdev and -device.

With -blockdev/-device, users can indirectly create anonymous
BlockBackends, while the state of such backends is still of interest. As
a preparation for making such BBs visible in query-block, make sure that
they can be identified even without a name by adding the ID/QOM path of
their qdev device to BlockInfo.

the HMP interfaces hasn't got yet. Update it.
