Currently the DRQ IRQ is updated every time DMA data is sent/received which
is both inefficient and causes excessive logging of the DRQ state. Add a
new drq_state bool that only updates the DRQ IRQ if its state changes.
This commit adds the new drq_state bool to the migration state: since the
version number has already been increased earlier in the series, there is
no need to repeat it again here. The DRQ IRQ is (currently) only used for
PDMA transfers which already have a migration break in this series so
there are no problems setting its value post-load.

According to the datasheet the previous ESP command remains in the ESP_CMD
register, which caused a problem when consecutive TI commands were issued as
it becomes impossible for the state machine to know when the first TI
command finishes.
This was the original reason for introducing the ti_cmd field which kept
track of the last written command for this purpose. However closer reading
of the datasheet shows that a TI command that terminates due to a change of
SCSI target phase resets the ESP_CMD register to zero which solves this
problem.
Now that this has been fixed in the previous commit, remove the unneeded
ti_cmd field and access the ESP_CMD register directly instead. Bump the
vmstate_esp version to indicate that the ti_cmd field is no longer included.

If QEMU is launched with the -S option then the ESPState mig_version_id property
is left unset due to the ordering of the VMState fields in the VMStateDescription
for sysbusespscsi and pciespscsi. If the VM is migrated and restored in this
stopped state, the version tests in the vmstate_esp VMStateDescription and
esp_post_load() become confused causing the migration to fail.
Fix the ordering problem by moving the setting of mig_version_id to a common
esp_pre_save() function which is invoked first by both sysbusespscsi and
pciespscsi rather than at the point where ESPState is itself serialised into the
migration stream.

The QOM object representing ESPState is currently embedded within both the
SYSBUS_ESP and PCI_ESP devices with migration state handled by embedding
vmstate_esp within each device using VMSTATE_STRUCT.
Since the vmstate_esp fields are embedded directly within the migration
stream, the incoming vmstate_esp version_id is lost. The only version information
available is that from vmstate_sysbus_esp_scsi and vmstate_esp_pci_scsi, but
those versions represent their respective devices and not that of the underlying
ESPState.
Resolve this by adding a new version-dependent field in vmstate_sysbus_esp_scsi

ESPState to be used to allow migration from older QEMU versions.
Finally bump the vmstate_esp version to 5 to cover the upcoming ESPState changes

There is no DMA in Quadra 800, so the CPU reads/writes the data from the
PDMA register (offset 0x100, ESP_PDMA in hw/m68k/q800.c) and copies them
to/from the memory.
There is a nice assembly loop in the kernel to do that, see
linux/drivers/scsi/mac_esp.c:MAC_ESP_PDMA_LOOP().
The start of the transfer is triggered by the DREQ interrupt (see linux
mac_esp_send_pdma_cmd()), the CPU polls on the IRQ flag to start the
transfer after a SCSI command has been sent (in Quadra 800 it goes
through the VIA2, the via2-irq line and the vIFR register)
The Macintosh hardware includes hardware handshaking to prevent the CPU
from reading invalid data or writing data faster than the peripheral
device can accept it.
This is the "blind mode", and from the doc:
"Approximate maximum SCSI transfer rates within a blocks are 1.4 MB per
second for blind transfers in the Macintosh II"

The guest OS reads RSTAT, RSEQ, and RINTR, and expects those registers
to reflect a consistent state. However, it is possible that the registers
can change after RSTAT was read, but before RINTR is read, when
esp_command_complete() is called.
Guest OS qemu

RSTAT = STAT_ST
esp_dma_done()
RSTAT |= STAT_TC
RSEQ = 0
RINTR = INTR_BS
Read RSEQ
Read RINTR RINTR = 0
RSTAT &= ~STAT_TC
RSEQ = SEQ_CD

interrupts, guest OS confusion, and stalled SCSI operations.
