3568987f78 target/i386: Observe XSAVE state area offsets
Rather than relying on the X86XSaveArea structure definition directly,
the routines that manipulate the XSAVE state area should observe the
offsets declared in the x86_ext_save_areas array.

Currently the offsets declared in the array are derived from the
structure definition, resulting in no functional change.

e688df6bc4 Include qapi/error.h exactly where needed
This cleanup makes the number of objects depending on qapi/error.h
drop from 1910 (out of 4743) to 1612 in my "build everything" tree.

While there, separate #include from file comment with a blank line,
and drop a useless comment on why qemu/osdep.h is included first.

86a57621ce xsave_helper: pull xsave and xrstor out of kvm.c into helper function
This patch pulls out of kvm.c and into the new files the implementation
for the xsave and xrstor instructions. This so they can be shared by
kvm and hvf.
