When compiling with "configure --without-default-devices", the
dbus-display-test fails since it implicitly assumes that the
machine comes with a default console.
There doesn't seem to be an easy way to figure this during build time,
so skip the tests requiring the Console interface at runtime.

As qemu_socketpair() was introduced in commit 3c63b4e9
("oslib-posix: Introduce qemu_socketpair()"), it's time
to replace the other existing socketpair() calls with
qemu_socketpair() if possible

While the source directory is always included in the include path,
the corresponding directory in the build tree is not. Therefore,
custom_targets (e.g. ui/dbus-display1.h) must be referred to using
the full path.
This avoids a build failure when ui/dbus-chardev.c is not built as
a module:
In file included from ../ui/dbus-chardev.c:32:
../ui/dbus.h:34:10: fatal error: dbus-display1.h: No such file or directory

Since commit a2ce7dbd91 ("meson: convert tests/qtest to meson"),
libqtest.h is under libqos/ directory, while libqtest.c is still in
qtest/. Move back to its original location to avoid mixing with libqos/.

Cover basic display interface usage. More cases to be added to cover
disconnections, multiple connections, corner cases. At this point, they
would be better written in Rust or Python though.
The proxy also covers reading the properties, since they are
automatically loaded at creation.
